Walker’s professional journey began in the rigorous environment of a Level 1 Trauma Center in Tennessee, where she worked for nine years. The intensity of the experience shaped her understanding of medical urgencies and laid the groundwork for her transition into specialized fields. Seeking to broaden her medical knowledge and skills, Kathryn subsequently attended anesthesia school at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte.
After graduation, she practiced anesthesia across a multitude of specialties for eight years. It was during this period that she developed a nuanced understanding of pain management, a skill that would prove instrumental in her future venture. However, it was her vision of a more holistic and patient-centered approach to healthcare that led her to establish the first Revitalist clinic in Knoxville, Tennessee.
